The acronym NAKED stands for Naked, Authentic, Knowledgeable, Emotional, and Down to Earth. The term "naked" refers to being without clothing and fully exposed, symbolizing being unashamed and comfortable in one's natural state. Healthy relationships necessitate vulnerability, comfort, and exposure, allowing individuals to discover each other inside and out. Emotions are integral to relationships and are best shared with honesty and love. Finally, relationships require a down-to-earth approach, characterized by practicality, realism, and approachability. Genuine and easy to relate to, relationship topics lay the foundation for establishing new partnerships.

About Me
My name is Monica Gillespie, aka RIA
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Christian Life Coach. I have a unique perspective shaped by my education and experiences of navigating workplace challenges, relationship turmoil, and self-doubt. Through deepening my relationship with the Lord, receiving spiritual guidance, gaining knowledge about relationships, prayer, and self-discovery, I have undergone a profound transformation. My mindset has shifted from negativity to one abundant in faith and positivity. Therefore, I am now dedicated to guiding women who are in emotional pain, seeking direction, and longing for growth—helping them become the best version of themselves that God intended, in experiencing the life God intended for them to have.

It is important to me that Jesus receives all the glory for shaping who I have become. He is the one who has taught me the essence of true love and guided me in becoming the woman he intended me to be. Isaiah 54:5 is my favorite verse because it was the foundation of my relational healing. It states "For your Maker is your husband-The Lord Almighty is his name".The Lord shapes, molds, and makes his women; through His love, He has molded me into the person I am today.

I am deeply passionate about guiding women to behave appropriately, drawing from biblical principles, nurturing their relationships, promoting education, and fostering career growth. My academic pursuits have equipped me with the skills to analyze the Bible through the lens of behavioral principles effectively. Additionally, I am passionate about human behavior, organizational leadership styles, and entrepreneurship. Everyone, regardless of their religious beliefs, is warmly welcomed to receive guidance through the services I offer.
Bible-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
At Ria's Relational Resolutions, we are committed to assisting individuals, leaders, and organizations in reaching their goals by dissecting the teachings of the Bible into actionable behavior strategies. These strategies serve as a blueprint for integrating biblical principles into daily life, fostering relational and spiritual development. The Bible-Based Applied Behavior Analysis method combines biblical principles with behavior strategies to help individuals align with their purpose and journey toward personal fulfillment. While all services offered will integrate biblical principles and behavior strategies, within the Bible-based ABA service, I will serve as your spiritual mentor and behavior analyst. We will specifically explore Bible teachings relevant to your current life circumstances. I will provide scripture insights, answer questions, and assist in setting behavioral goals. These sessions will be the most thorough, and I will pray with you and for you while providing you with tools to guide your spiritual, mental, and behavioral growth. In addition, behavior strategies will be provided to help strengthen your relationship with God. With such a great responsibility as your mentor, I will be readily available as we focus on your spiritual and behavioral success.
